Plus, Pro and Business plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment information; NovaQuest One AI does not store your full card number.
Subscription prices and included features may change for future purchases. Any applicable taxes, payment-processing requirements, and renewal details are shown by Stripe at checkout.
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal to prevent future recurring charges. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period, depending on the subscription settings in effect at the time of cancellation.
Unless required by applicable law, charges for a completed subscription period are generally non-refundable once paid access has been provided. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges should be reported promptly for review.
